How To Apply!

It's 4 easy steps:

1. Scroll to the top of the page and in the top-right corner select "Login" or "Create an account" (can use same account as curse.com).
2. Once logged in, scroll to the top-right of the page and using the arrow "Add" your in-game character to the account.
3. Then return to this recruitment page and click Apply at the top.
4. Fill out and submit the application. Make sure you fill in every box and don't leave any boxes blank or it won't submit!

Once a decision is made you should get a Private Message on this website through the account you created, and be contacted by the officers.

Please read before applying

Before you start, please note that this would be a formal presentation to the members and officers of Final Equilibrium.

The effort put into your answers is proportional to the interest we as a guild will show. The more information you put into it, and the clearer your answers, the faster will be our evaluation.

Take the time to answer all the questions; they are neither cryptic nor double edged, what we ask is what we expect to read an answer to.

Don't use abbreviations of any type and be careful with your grammar and punctuation.  While some people will put a wall of text (which is not a problem if constructed properly) please be direct in what you say and what you mean.

Take the time to reread your application so you can see if everything makes sense, and look into it in a serious way. If you expect to be respected by everyone from this guild, then show that you are committed from the first day.

Be truthful in your answers, but be prepared to back up any claims you may have.  Telling us you’ve killed so- and so but your armory doesn’t reflect it will put suspicions in our minds

We have the expectations that you have done everything you can to optimise the toon you are applying with, this includes, but is not limited to, BiS, correct reforging, gemming, enchanting, having appropriate exalted factions (Therazane is a must at exalted, EVEN if you have inscription).  Your talents spec must also be optimized to give the best output whether it be healing, dps, or tanking.

We will consider lower geared people, however the above still stands that even if you are in some 333s, we would expect that you have the revered/exalted gear from various factions.

We are recruiting for Firelands 25 man with the goal of progressing through hard modes.  We want progression, not farming.

In addition to raids, we will run 5 mans,  alt  runs where possible, PvP for those who are inclined, and for the truly bored, old school runs.

We always try to give a answer in the shortest period of time.  Please feel free to contact an officer if you would like some feedback, however please be mindful of where they may be, or what the time is (they could be running their daily heroic, or in raid)

Please be aware that, even if we need urgently some classes, we will not lower our standard in our recruitment.  We will prefer the quality of the player rather than what toon they may want to apply with.

Final what??

Final Equilibrium is a long time standing raiding guild on EU-Aggramar with a history right back to July 17th 2005.  We have had the honour of going through various server firsts back in Vanilla before a change in guild leadership eventually lead to a majority of the guild electing to move servers under a different name just as The Burning Crusade expansion hit.

Final Equilibrium was reborn back on the Aggramar server when it's initial GM game back to the game and reformed the guild, with many members who transferred over previously heeding the call of Final Equilibrium.

Since then we have enjoyed a healthy and competitive raiding game life with fair amount of progression through TBC and then through WotLK.

We are progressing through firelands heroics 10 man at the moment having cleared 

7/7 normal T12 and 2/2 Baradin Hold

12/12 normal, 1/13 heroic on T11 content

We are currently looking particularly for a Discipline Priest for our healing team, however we will always give strong consideration to outstanding applications 

We expect to raid between 3-5 days per week generally invites going out at 19:45 and finishing raiding at 23:00 with a 10 minute break inbetween on Sunday to Thursday.

Expectations from raiders is that they are prepared for each raid with

• Being at the instance entrance at 19:45
• 100% repaired gear (offspec gear too)
• Where applicable, two talent trees for raiding (eg Tank/DPS, healer/dps)
• Enough available flasks/potions for the evening (with the expectation it may be a wipe night)
• Gear is enchanted, gemmed, and reforged to give best possible output.
• Knowledge of the encounter is always welcome as we decide tactics
